LBT with Mark Hudson

Come and join me for a fun filled LBT class at Thanet Stage School. Target those troubled areas with a designed class to help strip body fat, sculpt and tone your body.

Expect some bootylicious music, patient, motivating and encouraging instructor.

Directions/Venue - Ramsgate Road, Margate.

Drive/walk as if you are going to B&Q, go past there and turn right onto Strasbourg road, continue to the end and park, there's a pink Thanet Stage School sign which leads you to the studio, you can't miss it.

Only £5 per class or £20 for 5 consecutive sessions.
Please bring a towel or mat as well as a bottle of water.
