Podplus 3 lakes 5K

This is a 5km run, jog or walk to raise money for the kent multiple sclerosis society. A unique opportunity to run around the three Conninbrook lakes in Ashford. The 5km course is all off road, starting on the julie rose running track, then follows footpaths & trails around the lakes before finishing on the running track. Open to all standards of runner, jogger or walker. There will also be a childrens fun run which will be held on the running track.
