Young Leaders Festival

Looking for inspiration this summer?

This 5-day residential programme is designed to encourage our young people to set goals - teaching them how to handle relationships; maintain good health in the right way; cope with emotions; develop their own ideas; understand how to achieve wealth and richness of life, and contribute to their community.

We do this with a combination of world-class speakers - entrepreneurs, adventurers and leadership experts, and fun activities lead by youth coaches - young people just like them. This week will be seen as a brilliant social event for your young people, but ultimately this programme builds leadership. Not just in the sense of leading a team, business or country, but as a lifestyle.

At the end of the festival they will know how to take charge of their life and how to lead themselves to a more positive and confident future.
