Get Active: Feel Alive is a campaign to promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage sport and physical activity across the Canterbury district.



Try out a variety of sports and activities including gymnastics, Charlton Athletic football coaching, fencing, cricket, fruit smoothies, dance, martial arts, interactive sports wall, tour d' Herne Bay, advice from health professionals, Beijing Challenge obstacle course and much, much more!



Activities will be filmed live for the BBC and shown on the big screen!
